We are excited to share the news that our neighbors at 45-47 Race Street are opening their new restaurant – the Stone Row Pub & Eatery today and tomorrow for lunch and dinner with a limited menu.

The Grand Opening is yet to come.

After months and months of hard work at the old Black Bread Cafe, Margaret and Charlie White are opening the Stone Row Pub & Eatery, which caters to folks with dietary restrictions – vegan, gluten free, nut-free, etc. – while still serving up traditional comfort food for all of the meat and potato lovers out there.

An invitation-only open house last week gave friends and neighbors a sneak preview of what the Whites and executive chef Phil Magnum have in store for patrons.

Executive Chef Phil Magnum likened the Stone Row kitchen to a kosher kitchen for dietary restrictions.

“Our focus is on creating vibrant food made from scratch that pleases eclectic eaters inside and out. Our kitchen is free from peanuts and shellfish and any gluten-filled products are made off premises. Equal attention is given to craft cocktails, beer offerings, and wine options. The selective menu changes with the seasons, allowing for innovation and creativity,” they tout on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

We are thrilled that Margaret and Charlie have Magnum on board, look forward to enjoying many delicious and creative dishes to come and wish them all the best!
