The Times House is just two blocks from the Delaware and Lehigh Heritage Corridor Trail and the beautiful Mansion House Bridge set to open this summer. We offer our guests bike storage, water and snacks for the trail.

The State Game Commission closed the Glen Onoko Falls Trail effective May 1, 2019. Efforts are underway to persuade the State Game Commission to transfer the land to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and State Park System so as to manage and improve the trail. The Overlook and Shortcut Trails, which connect to form a 1.6-mile loop and offer a panoramic view of Jim Thorpe remain open. The Upper Falls can be accessed via Overlook Trail.
Check out the Switchback Trail from up at Mauch Chunk Lake Park , where you’ll also be able to swim, bike, boat and hike other trails as well.
Bake Oven Knob in nearby Palmerton will get you on the Appalachian Trail.
